Showroom Sales & Support Associate.

Anderson Moulding, Door, and Window is seeking a full-time Showroom Sales & Support Associate to join our Culver City team! We are looking for an experienced, motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and supporting our growing showroom operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Window and Door Sales Person with a passion for exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in window and door sales and be proficient in Spanish. As an integral member of our sales team, you will assist customers in selecting the best windows and doors to meet their needs, ensuring their satisfaction from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their window and door requirements and provide expert product recommendations.
• Deliver excellent customer service, both in-person and over the phone, to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
• Assist customers in our showroom, showcasing our wide range of windows and doors and explaining their features and benefits.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales leads to track progress and follow up.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product knowledge to serve as a subject matter expert.
• Multitask efficiently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets and handle administrative tasks.
• Support outside sales representatives by helping customers pick up Will Call materials.
• Process payments and manage basic clerical tasks, including receiving materials.
• Maintain organized records and ensure showroom and inventory areas are neat and professional.
• Work independently as well as collaboratively with the Culver City team to support daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Highly detail-oriented and able to provide accurate information to customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving sales targets.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle.
• Knowledge of windows and doors, including types, materials, and installation processes, is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in window and door sales.
• Comfortable handling clerical duties and customer service interactions.
• Professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
