Job Description: Virtual Assistant at Meyer Plastics Inc

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide virtual administrative support to the team at Meyer Plastics Inc.
• Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the organization.
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents.
• Handle data entry, record keeping, and file management tasks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
• Perform general clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a virtual assistant or relevant administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• icient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: $34,000 - $40,000 per year
• Currency: USD
• Contract Type: Full-time
• Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States
