Senior CDP Developer
Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior CDP Developer to build and manage the Customer Data Platform (CDP) for our Enterprise CRM program. This role focuses on creating a unified Customer 360 view, enabling segmentation, activation, and data-driven insights, while working closely with existing Data Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and manage Customer 360 data model within CDP
* Implement identity resolution (customer matching and merging logic)
* Build and manage customer segmentation (VIP, churn, lifecycle)
* Enable data activation into CRM and engagement platforms
* Validate and ensure data quality from upstream systems
* Support AI use cases by preparing clean and structured data
* Enforce data governance, consent, and access controls
* Collaborate with Data Engineers on data ingestion and transformation; Build custom LLM's if needed
Required Skills
* Strong SQL (mandatory)
* Experience with CDP platforms (Salesforce Data Cloud) (mandatory)
* Customer data modeling and Customer 360 concepts
* Identity resolution and data matching techniques
* Experience working with data pipelines and integration teams
Experience
* 6+ years in CDP / data platform / CRM data roles
* Experience working with large-scale customer data
Nice to Have
* Salesforce ecosystem experience
* Basic understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines
* Experience in hospitality, gaming, or retail; Kafka / real-time streaming
