This seasonal role is crucial in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our properties throughout peak seasons, ensuring a welcoming environment for our residents and guests.
As a Seasonal Maintenance Tech/Grounds/Painter, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including landscaping, general maintenance, and painting projects. Your efforts will contribute directly to the curb appeal and upkeep of our communities.
