Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Home Care Nurse with Kinnser experience to provide high-quality care to patients in Southgate, MI and surrounding areas. This role involves delivering personalized nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, ensuring their health and well-being while promoting independence. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient health status in home settings.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
• Provide skilled nursing services such as wound care, medication management, and chronic disease management.
• Document patient care accurately and timely using Kinnser software.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and company standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Proven experience with Kinnser software or similar home health documentation systems.
• Strong clinical skills in home health nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patient homes in Southgate and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
