As our Lead Recruiter, you won't just be processing resumes; you'll be a talent scout, a brand ambassador, and a strategic partner to our leadership team. We have an immediate opening to build to our team!

salary: $55,000 - $56,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Fully onsite position-No remote work available
• High Volume Recruitment (along with onboarding talent- running backgrounds, submitting i9s)
• Posting job ads and responding to candidates at a fast pace
• Able to maintain a pipeline of candidates, bringing in around 15 new hires per week- sometimes more!
• Manage the candidates you hire on- not only will you recruit, but you will manage the talent you've recruited (payroll, HR Issues, etc...)
• Client satisfaction- working hand-in-hand with our client to ensure our partnership is thriving
• Daily attendance monitoring
• Performance reviews and coaching
• Safety floor walks and talent engagement

The essential functions of this role include:
