We are looking for a motivated self-starter who operates with a high level of integrity and is passionate about marketing, social media and video to join our dynamic and fast growing real estate company. Our Marketing
and Social Media Assistant will be responsible for building and executing organic and paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube to help expand our brand.
You will strategize, execute and manage a variety of ad campaigns from beginning to end. The candidate in this position will conceptualize campaigns, create marketing materials (flyers, postcards, social media posts) develop and execute all ads, develop newsletters, create marketing videos and analyze ad performance results.
We want a highly productive social media guru!
Responsibilities:
· Has a creative, fresh approach for social media posts and responds in a timely manner to all followers
· Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective
· Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message
· Create video topic calendar, edit and finalize videos, and ensure videos are syndicated to all social media.
· Create paid Facebook, Instagram and YouTube ads to capture seller and buyer leads
· Develop sales funnels, custom audiences and digital retargeting campaigns
Qualifications:
· Develops innovative forward design concepts
· Bright, upbeat, energetic and strong communication skills
· Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment
· Maintains an open mind to new ideas and suggestions
Schedule: Monday - Friday from 5 PM to 9 PM Eastern Standard Time
