Job Description
Skill Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years' experience in project or program management.
Experience in automotive, heavy truck, RV, or similar complex manufacturing preferred.
Proven ability to lead project teams and mentor direct reports.
Demonstrated expertise with stage-gate product development frameworks.
Strong understanding of vehicle systems and associated development lifecycles.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
