Job Title: Salesforce Developer - Hybrid

Job Description:
As a Salesforce Developer you will design develop and deliver scalable CRM solutions that support enterprise contact center operations. You will work hands on across the Salesforce development lifecycle partnering with technical and business teams to implement secure high performance solutions manage releases and ensure seamless integration with other systems while meeting defined standards and delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce and Lightning Web Components.
• Support Service Cloud and Experience Cloud functionality to enhance customer engagement workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with performance goals.
• Own release cycles deployments and updates using structured release management practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Define and enforce development standards guidelines and best practices.
• Support CI/CD processes using SFDX and modern deployment tools.
• Perform data migration data quality checks and system integration activities.
• Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills Experiences Education and Competencies:

• 6 years of hands on Salesforce development experience.
• 4 years developing with Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components Aura HTML5 and JavaScript.
• 5 years of experience working with Service Cloud and or Health Cloud.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning and modern UI development.
• Experience with SFDX Salesforce development lifecycle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands on experience integrating Salesforce using APIs and authentication protocols.
• Experience with data migration and cloud or on premises system integrations.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture security and platform constraints.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills experience location and industry.
