Madison Fare is a high-end, chef-driven frozen yogurt concept focused on premium ingredients, house-made toppings, and a refined customer experience. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Culinary Associate to join our West Village team.

Position Overview

As a Culinary Associate, you will be responsible for preparing and serving our gourmet frozen yogurt, executing chef-crafted toppings, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and customer service. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires precision, consistency, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve frozen yogurt to company standards
• Execute toppings with strict portion control and presentation
• Prepare house-made components (sauces, crunches, etc.)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace at all times
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Deliver a high-end, efficient customer experience
• Assist with restocking, opening, and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment (required)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Punctual, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable working evening shifts and weekends
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
