Are you skilled in powder coating and passionate about delivering high-quality finishes on coated parts? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our well-established company in Poughkeepsie is seeking practiced Powder Coating Techs and Manufacturing Painters to join our team.
Listing description As a Powder Coating Technician or Manufacturing Painter, your primary responsibilities will include prepping items through sanding and deburring, and using our state-of-the-art paint booth to apply coatings. Your attention to detail will ensure that our products meet the highest quality standards.
To guarantee your safety and the safety of others, proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including a respirator, is a must. Therefore, being clean-shaven is essential to ensure proper PPE fit.
General Requirements:

»Previous practice in powder coating or manufacturing painting is required, demonstrating your skills in the process and techniques involved.

»You must be able to effectively mix paints to produce the proper colors and consistently lift items weighing up to 50lbs.

»Strong adherence to safety protocols is crucial, ensuring that all required PPE is worn at all times.
