Highbrow Moving is hiring movers and drivers in Nashville. We're a premium, boutique moving company that handles high-end residential moves, luxury homes, antiques, art, and the kind of clients who notice every detail. What you'll do as a Mover:

• Pack, load, transport, and unload household goods with care
• Protect floors, walls, and furniture using proper padding and equipment
• Handle high-value items (antiques, art, electronics) with professionalism
• Communicate respectfully with clients in their homes
• Work as a team with the crew lead and other movers
• Follow safety standards and company procedures on every job

What you'll do as a Driver

• Safely operate moving trucks for local and long-distance moves
• Lead or support the crew during loading, drive and unload
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the move

What we're looking for:

• Reliable and shows up on time.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the day
• Clean, professional appearance and attitude (we're in luxury homes)
• Prior moving or labor experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required for drivers)
• Prior moving or trucking experience strongly preferred for drivers
