We are seeking proven wine sales reps with an established book of business to operate as independent sales rep—leveraging their current relationships while expanding distribution of a highly respected imported portfolio.

Territory Structure
Your territory will be defined based on where you already have strong account relationships and proven sales traction.
• Built around your existing geography and call points
o Wholesale Independent Sales Rep: work with the Quintessential team to drive Quintessential business in your agreed upon / assigned territory. (10% of Net sales to retail)
• Defined by County, City or specific retail list.
• Opportunity to expand and grow your footprint over time
• Focus on markets where you already have influence and credibility
• Designed to maximize immediate revenue potential—not start from zero
The Model
• 10% commission on all collected Net sales
• Immediate ability to sell into accounts you already manage
• Grow incremental revenue with a portfolio that sells
• Operate independently with importer support (logistics, supplier access, programming)
What You’ll Do
• Drive placements and reorders within your existing account base
• Introduce Quintessential wines into your current relationships
• Expand distribution across on- and off-premise channels
• Prospect selectively to grow your territory
• Execute tastings, staff trainings, and account programming

Qualifications
• 3+ years of wine sales experience
• Established, active book of business
• Strong relationships with on- and/or off-premise buyers
• Proven ability to sell premium and imported wines
Compensation Example
• Wholesale Model (10% of net sales to retail)
o $500,000 annual net sales ? $50,000 commission
o $1,000,000 annual net sales ? $100,000 commission
• No cap—income scales with placements and repeat business
