Front Office Agent InterContinental The Clement Monterey, Monterey, California Part-Time | Non-Exempt Starting Wage: $23.00 per hour InterContinental The Clement Monterey is seeking an energetic, service-focused, and professional Front Office Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, this role is essential in creating memorable guest experiences from arrival through departure. • Welcome guests with warm and personalized service
• Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
• Answer phones and assist guests with reservations, directions, recommendations, and hotel information
• Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
• Accurately handle cash, credit card transactions, and billing procedures
• Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service
• Maintain professionalism and brand standards at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in hospitality or a related field preferred
• Prior hotel experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers, email, and hotel systems
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
