FOREMAN / TOWER CLIMBER – TELECOM

Indiana & Ohio (Stable Markets)

Sascom networks is hiring experienced Foremen / Tower Climbers for high-volume telecom projects with major U.S. carriers.

Open to candidates across the U.S.

Travel required

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise tower crews
• Perform tower climbing, installation, and maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate daily site activities and reporting Requirements
• Proven experience as Telecom Foreman or Tower Climber
• Comfortable climbing and leading crews
• Experience with LTE / 5G / C-Band
• Previous work on AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or DISH projects (preferred)
• Valid safety certifications (OSHA, RF, Fall Protection, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: $26.58 - $32.01 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 46 per week
