We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to join our team onsite in Philadelphia, PA. This role demands strong leadership in incident command, SRE and operations engineering, reliability architecture, automation, and observability . The ideal candidate will excel at executive communication and guiding cross functional teams through high impact outages, systemic problem resolution, and large scale change events .
Key Responsibilities:
Lead incident response and command during critical outages.
Drive systemic problem resolution and reliability improvements.
Manage large scale change events with cross functional collaboration.
Implement automation and observability practices to enhance operational resilience.
